July is a great month to celebrate the summer with your family. Here are some the big events in July:

  • Independence Day (July 4th) - Celebrated in the United States to commemorate the country's declaration of independence from Great Britain. The City of Monterey, CA will be celebrating by having its annual July 4th parade beginning at 10:00 am. Bring the family and celebrate our country!

  • International Day of Friendship (July 30th) - A Day to promote friendship and foster peace among different cultures and individuals.

  • The All-Star baseball game is played on July 16th. Who are you rooting for?

  • The 2024 Games: (July 26th) The games are held every four years. The event features a wide range of sports and attracts athletes from around the world. Opening Day is July 26th. Enjoy the competition and cheer on your favorite athlete or sport.

These are just a few examples, and there are many other events and things that happen in June, so get out and enjoy all the things happening in June.

I started my career as a State Farm Insurance Agent in 2002. I am a longtime resident of the Monterey Peninsula. I attended local schools in Marina, the former Fort Ord, Seaside. I am a graduate from Monterey Peninsula College and San Jose State University. I have an advanced degree (MBA), from Golden Gate University. Over the years my agencies have qualified for awards including Senior Vice President's Club and Chairman's Club.
